While we where both out at work this happened. Beggars belief and the packet was ripped open!
Surely postman Plod could have taken it back to the sorting office for safety. The sorting office that is only 5 mins up the bloody road!

I'd complain. That's so not on given they're charged with the safety of HM Mail. I mean, what if you'd been away? Invitation to burglars as well as post thieves. Rubbish.
I did complain but it's done now and their turn a round time for replies is a month, so I'll not be holding my breath. I'd also like to complain about their feedback and complaints form, but it would take too long to find it again. I was losing the will to live looking for it on their web site the first time:(
